Project Management/Support
Working to ensure that projects are effectively delivered and that output and budgetary targets are achieved, Together for Regeneration can provide support to:

• Research needs and plan projects
• Deliver projects and contracts
• Develop appropriate policies and procedures
• Manage finances and complete funding claims
• Develop systems for evidence collection and project monitoring
• Ensure continuing organisational development, by identifying and co-ordinating training
• Provide mentoring for project staff
• Encourage and implement innovative approaches to working


Governance
Together for Regeneration can support organisations to ensure their management structure is robust and effective, and that working practices are open and transparent. This work may include the following elements:

• Organisational development for Boards and Management Committees
• Implementing activities and systems to improve inclusivity and openness
• Developing structures and processes to ensure accountability
• Developing individuals’ knowledge and skills through mentoring for trustees and volunteers
• Conflict resolution


Sustainability
This is a key concern for community and voluntary organisations as grant funding programmes come to an end. Together for Regeneration is able to provide support in this area by helping to explore a range of options, including the following:

• Identifying, developing and implementing forward strategies
• Developing ways of measuring impact
• Building networks and links with partners
• Working in partnership
• Influencing the strategies of other organisations
• Ensuring that activities and projects fit with Borough level, regional and national strategies


Sharing Good Practice
Through developing relationships with a range of partner organisations TfR is well placed to support and advice community organisations on the best ways of sharing good practice effectively. Specific activities may include:

• Developing formal or informal links with other organisations, Forums and projects to learn from each others’ experiences
• Encouraging and promoting the value of partnership working
• Arranging networking opportunities, conferences and workshops at both Borough level and across South Yorkshire
