Workforce Development and Staff Issues
TfR advisers provide support for groups to:
- Carry out organisational skills audits and identify the training and developmental needs of staff and volunteers
- Review roles of the workforce by mentoring individual staff members and facilitating management committee meetings
- Work within Third Sector Skills Council development programmes
- Promote the value of volunteering and recruit volunteers
